O trabalho de naming do negócio vem das siglas do nome e do segmento de atuação do fundador: ES (Emerson Salem + C (Coaching). O slogan "Escape da sua zona de conforto." é inspirado na sigla ESC. O projeto de identidade visual, naming e site institucional foi desenvolvido pelo designer Jefferson "jKO" Ocana pelo Estúdio jKO.
